Had to do a quick Palakkad run on 16th September. Had to be there in Palakkad at 8, so I started at 2:45AM and reached Palakkad at 8:00AM sharp including 2 breaks. This was probably the fastest run in recent times, without getting the speed alarm (150kmph). Traffic was less, though there was truck traffic after Krishnagiri and at Thoppur. Coimbatore byepass was a breeze.
While returning, started at 10:30AM and took the Palacode-Rayakottai route to tryout the new Highway NH-844
